A. Personal data you provide to us. Nano-C collects personal data that you provide to us voluntarily through your use of inquiry and registration forms on our Site. You may choose to voluntarily provide your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and fax number, and any information you include in the “Comments” section of our inquiry and registration forms. You also can provide the name of your company or organization and the title you hold at such company or organization if you wish to do so.
We also may collect personal data from you through direct personal contact (for example, over the telephone) or from your email communications to us. If you contact us by email, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and may use your email address, and any information that you provide to us in your message, to respond to you.
B. Personal data we collect about your interaction with the Site. Nano-C may collect additional information about your interaction with the Site without identifying you as an individual (“Anonymous Information”) by using cookies or other automated technologies on the Site. A “cookie” is a file that a website puts on your hard drive so that it can collect and remember pieces of Anonymous Information about you when you next visit the website or a related website. For example, we may receive certain standard information that your browser sends to practically every website you visit, such as your IP address and information about your browser and operating system, access times and referring website address. We may use Anonymous Information for any purpose in our discretion. For clarity, Anonymous Information means information that is not associated with or linked to your personal data and does not permit the identification of individual persons.

Please understand that if you choose not to receive promotional correspondence from us, we may still contact you in connection with your relationship, activities, transactions and communications with us.
Security of your personal data
We have implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to deter unauthorized access to and use, destruction of, modification of, or disclosure of personal data we collect via the Site. Regardless of the precautions taken by us or by you, no data transmitted over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information or personal data you transmit to us and you provide all personal data via the Site at your own risk.
Your rights to your personal data held by Nano-C
Nano-C will only keep your personal data for so long as we are required by law to do so or find it relevant for our business activities. During this period, you may contact Nano-C at any time if you would like to see the details of the personal data that we hold about you or request additional information about how your personal data are being used or shared. You may ask us to correct, update, supplement or delete your personal data at any time.
